My 2003 Jeep Wrangler looses power and has a noise that sounds like something is loose.
 

I have a 2003 Jeep Wrangler and it has 29,000 miles on it.  I have a noise that sounds like something is loose pretty much all the time.

I also seem to be loosing power as I am climbing hills.

I can notice a different noise in the engine as it's doing it.  If I keep my foot on the pedal and keep pressing I do not pick up speed.  If I let go and press again it will come out of it.

Does anyone have a suggestion, please?
