I have two problems.

While driving my car, the interior lights came on and stayed on after the car was turned off.  My mechanic said I have a short in the wiring somewhere so he pulled the interior light fuse until he has time to work on my car.

I drove my car home and it would not start after sitting for 5 hours.  The battery was dead.

Is there something else that is draining power from my battery even when the car is turned off or is this just a coincidence?
