A free credit report was offered at no cost, but turned out to have a cost.
 

My credit card was required.  After signing up for a free report, I was informed that I had signed up for a 10 day free trial.  After 10 days I will be charged for the service I do not want.

All I had to do was click on an icon assuring that I do not wish to have the service.

Guess what --- nothing on the window to cancel the order.

I did e-mail them and they did respond stating they received my e-mail and would get back to me in the order that it was received.

Nothing yet.  Please help me resolve this.
