Two years in a row we had to put a trace on our federal tax return.  We have contacted the postal inspector SEVERAL times.  We are constantly missing bank statements, credit card statements, various bills (insurance, utilities, etc.)

After getting absolutely nowhere with the postal inspector, I decided to take matters into my own hands and submit a temporary change of address.

This was the worst mistake I ever made!  Now, we have received no mail at either address and the post office has no idea what happened to our mail for the past month.

I want to know where I can file a complaint... besides the post office itself!

This is ridiculous.  It is so bad that I want to move just so I can get my mail!
