After using the same PUR Plus faucet mounted filter holder daily for five years, it finally pooped out when I accidentally used a PUR Ultimate filter in the Plus holder.

The Ultimate is a more heavy duty filter and HAS to be used with the Ultimate holder.  Even though this was totally my mistake, when I contacted Pur, not only they did not even mention that this was the cause of my filter breaking, they immediately sent me a voucher for a brand new filter.

I was pleasantly surprised and left beaming at the excellent customer service this company offers.

They are getting my business for the rest of my life.  I am applying for a Sam's Club credit card just so I can buy all my friends and family PUR filters for the holidays.
