When I tried to cancel my Wal-Mart Internet service I was shocked at the way I was treated.
 

The guy refused to cancel, told me to call back next month, and tried to hang up on me.

Our conversation became heated and he did hang up telling me he would not cancel.

I called back and was connected to another associate in New Deli India.  She pulled my account and found my account had been cancelled.  This just upset me more.

I called back again and was connected to a Washington office.

They gave me info I needed to file a complaint.

I have done so. I haven't heard from them.  I just want to know if anyone else has had this problem.
