I signed up for two free months of broadband and that is
where the problem started. My checking account started getting hit by AOL for all
kinds of charges. SOOOO I called to inquire about the charge. I got so much
fuzzy math thrown on me that it was not funny. After talking to more than six reps,
I told the rep to cancel the account.
Well silly me thought that if I told them to cancel the
account they would. Well let me tell you that the word cancel means nothing to
AOL. Do you know that they did not cancel the account even after I told them
to. BUT hold on... they still continue to charge my checking account. Each
time for more than the time before.
Well, after seeing that my account was still be charged, I
called back. You should have heard the song and dance they gave me. Once again
I asked that the account be cancelled and once again I was told that it was cancelled.
Well wouldn't you know it, my account got charged AGAIN!!!
So I called AOL back and got the same song and dance, was
denied a talk with a manager, and told that I would not get my money back.
If there is a class act suit out there against AOL I would
sure like to be a part of it. I am so sick of AOL that I removed it completely from
my computer.
I hate AOL!!!!!!!!
