I subscribed to AOL as GM retired employee at a discount price but up to now I've been charged regular price.
 

It's supposed to be $11.95.  I'm being charged $23.90.

When complaining, I get no FEEDBACK.  I would like someone to check and see what the problem is and get back to me.

I feel I have a few months coming for the overpayments made since I joined.
