Well enough to be able to even explain your problem to, let
alone for them to be able to assist you.
I called with a billing question and Chris did not understand
what I was talking about.
I couldn't understand a word he said and told him so...
but did he give me to someone else?
No... and I got absolutely nowhere with him.
I just ended up frustrated and the problem was not resolved!
And this is not the first time that this has happened.
