I purchased a new motherboard from Comp USA with a 2 year replacement plan.

One year later, I was at the Comp USA store and talked to the technician because I was having a problem with my computer overheating.

He said it was probably the motherboard and I purchased a new one with a new replacement plan because he said I could get store credit when I returned the old motherboard.

I returned the old motherboard and tried to get store credit but the salesperson said I had to talk to another sales rep or technician who was not there that night.

I called back a few days later and was told that she was not there that day.

I called a few more times and got nowhere. I called the corporate office and was told to deal with the store.

I have been to the store now 3 - 4 times and have called at least 3 times.  Now they tell me too much time has gone by and I can't get credit.
